Manufacturer warranties
The manufacturer warranties the quality compliance of paving shaped elements with the requirements of Technical Specifications ÒÓ Ó Â.2.6-23527052.002-2000 «Figured vibration-compacted paving elements. Technical specifications». The PSE manufacturing process is monitored under the Quality Management System in strict accordance with the requirements of International Standard ISO 9001:2000.
The service life of PSE surfaces is dependent on the guaranteed frost-resistance (not below F 200); observance of the rules of placement of base layer, and the rules of PSE placement, as defined in the present Manual; as well as, on the maintenance. When all the rules and requirements are duly observed, the guaranteed service life of PSE surfaces shall be no less than 15 years (for the first climatic zone of Ukraine).
According to the available experience of PSE use in the West-European countries, we may rightfully assert that PSE service life for this region shall be in excess of 30 years.
